This creamy dessert is a favourite Mexican dessert! We’ve baked a delicious vanilla sponge, then soaked it in a creamy mixture of sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and cream, then topped it with fluffy whipped cream. Served in it’s own tin, this dessert is a decent delight and is perfect for 2 but no one will judge you if you eat the whole thing yourself.
