Our carrot cake is the BEST! First we bake a moist carrot filled cake with all the warm spices (no nuts, raisins or pineapple here, just ALL carrots!) then we layer it with lightly sweetened cream cheese buttercream. Finally wrapping this delightful cake in vanilla buttercream and sprinkles!
