For this cake, we’ve made a buttery biscoff cake with pieces of biscoff cookies baked right into the batter, then layer it with cream cheese icing, biscoff cookie butter and crushed up biscoff cookies, plus a layer of creamy dulce de leche caramel! Then we wrap the cake in biscoff buttercream and top it with more biscoff cookies. Perfection!
