This Almond Strawberry cake was invented during the 2019 Stampede Baking Competition where our Pastry Chef Deidre was crowned the 2019 Stampede Baking Champion! YEE HAW! This buttery toasted almond cake is layered with vanilla custard, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries, then coated in strawberry buttercream and toasted almonds.
